Ladder Sites designs, hosts and maintains a website for your business for $149 per month. There is no setup fee and no deposit.
Edits are included in good faith. Rebuilding the site around a different business, or adding a substantially new system such as online ordering or booking, is a separate job and we will quote it before doing any work.
We do not guarantee leads, sales, search rankings or traffic. Any business that guarantees those things is guessing. We are responsible for your site being live, correct and working on phones.
Your domain name is registered in your name and belongs to you. If you do not own one yet, we will help you buy one, in your name, and it stays yours whatever happens between us.
You own your business name, logo, photos and text. By asking us to publish them you confirm you have the right to use them. We will remove anything you tell us to remove.
$149 per month, billed monthly through Stripe, starting when your site goes live. If a payment fails we will tell you and try again before anything changes.
You can cancel any time, for any reason, with no fee and no notice period. Billing stops at the end of the month you are in. Your site stays up until then, your domain remains yours, and we will hand over your photos and text if you want them.
Tell us and we will fix it. If your site is down because of us and we cannot fix it promptly, that month is free.
A preview we prepare for a business that has not hired us is a proposal, marked as a concept, and is not affiliated with or endorsed by that business. Ask us to take it down and it comes down.
