Who we are

Ladder Sites builds and hosts websites for contractors. You can reach us any time at alex@laddersiteshq.com.

Information we collect

• Business information. When we prepare a design preview for a business, we use information that is already published publicly: the business name, phone number, address, website content, photos and Google reviews. We do not use private or purchased personal data.
• Information you give us. If you email or call us, we keep your message and contact details so we can reply and, if you become a customer, run your account.
• Billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

Design previews

A design preview is an unsolicited proposal. It is marked as a concept, it is set so search engines do not index it, and it is not affiliated with or endorsed by the business shown unless that business hires us. If you are the owner of a business we have prepared a preview for and you want it taken down, email alex@laddersiteshq.com and it will be removed, usually the same day. You do not need to give a reason.

Email

If we email you about a design preview, every message includes a way to unsubscribe. Ask to be removed, in any wording, and you will not be contacted again.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for marketing.
• We do not build advertising profiles.
• We do not put third party advertising or tracking pixels on our clients' websites.

Service providers

We use a small number of companies to run the business: Cloudflare hosts the websites, Stripe processes payments, and an email delivery service sends our mail. Each of them handles only what they need to do their part.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email alex@laddersiteshq.com and we will action it.
